Eva Lin
Co-Founder, Team Leader, Broker Associate
As a child growing up China, Eva certainly couldn’t have guessed that one day she’d lead a thriving residential real estate sales team in Pasadena, California! Eva’s family immigrated to the US when she was 13. They had little money and didn’t speak more than a few words of English between the five of them; however, they were excited to pursue a better life. Eva’s parents tried their hand at different businesses and worked tirelessly 7 days per week for years, eventually finding success in the restaurant industry. This allowed Eva’s family to buy a home and it meant the absolute world to them—all their sacrifice was worth it.
This experience left a lasting impression on Eva, so she decided to pursue a career in real estate after working 3 jobs to finance her Business Entrepreneurship degree from USC. During her 20’s, Eva gained experience by working for other real estate agents and over time she came to see that the industry was sorely deficient in a few critical areas—client care and transparency. She decided to strike out on her own to build a team focused on providing a world-class level of service and the utmost transparency to those families she and her team are fortunate enough to work with.

Joe Rock
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Joe is our team’s most careful and analytical thinker. His detail-oriented approach is a great counter-balance within a team of fast decision makers. In line with his calculating nature, Joe earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from USC. Before partnering with his wife, Eva Lin, to create Lin Realty Group, Joe spent his formative years providing specialized tax consulting services to Fortune 500 companies while working at the international financial services firm KPMG.
As Managing Partner on our team, Joe is dedicated to ensuring we have the highest caliber people and systems in place to provide our clients with an unparalleled experience. He applies the exceptional client service, project management, and team management skills acquired during his public accounting career to help our clients enjoy the best possible results and superlative care.

Carolyn Thrasher

Before joining Lin Realty Group, Carolyn spent 7 years honing her world-class client service skills at the Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Los Angeles where she earned the Employee of the Year Award among numerous other distinctions.  Carolyn finds deep fulfillment in making the process of purchasing or selling a home as smooth and seamless as humanly possible for our clients. Carolyn leverages the incredible skillset she acquired at the Ritz Carlton while managing operations and client experience here on our team. In doing so, she plays an integral part in helping our clients achieve their real estate goals with a level of comfort and ease they didn’t know was possible.
